The Inimitable Line

Of all the seven elements of art, LINE is the only element that can easily stand on its own. Line, being the most basic visual element, can exist independently of all the other elements.

The premise of Sánchez's exhibit is to declare line a dominant feature of each work and, in turn, to utilize all the elements and principles of art to draw and excite the viewer’s attention by infusing each work in the exhibit with meaning.
